Well mannered doodles; that is what we do. Family training available for those who are getting a puppy for the first time or for those who "want to do it right this time". Extended stay can be arranged where the puppy can mature and to be advanced in socialization, aka having manners. No need for a puppy to be jumping up on people, scratching them, nipping or crying in the crate. All puppies are cute and adorable; I want you to bring home a well-mannered puppy you are proud of. And that takes training, both for the puppy and the family. Family training basically is how to do it right from day 1 in your home. You want a doodle family member not just a (cute puppy) dog. I train you how to make that happen...that is Family Boot Camp.
Our belief is early intervention and socialization. Puppies are respectful before they leave us. Meaning no jumping up on children, no nipping or biting. Crate trained for the most, part accustomed to sleeping their own crate to alleviate separation anxiety once in their new home.
Puppies are all trained for calmness getting an early start to being a well-mannered doodle. This all starts at 5 weeks of age, working with puppies before they go into new homes makes a huge difference in temperament and respect towards humans.

Sizes will vary, but generally, puppies will be 50+ pounds full grown. Coats will be wavy or curly. Colors can be light creams, browns, white, black, phantom, reds, bi colored, and tri-colored, depending on the litter.
When placing a deposit we cannot guarantee gender at pick time- you do have the option to defer to the next litter.
We DO NOT BREED MINIS! Rarely ever under 45 lbs. We breed with standard poodles. Bernedoodle puppies have ranged 50-125lbs at maturity. Most of our Bernedoodle puppies mature to 65-80lbs. Full grown weight is HIGHLY dependent upon the food you feed your puppy and lifestyle. We recommend large breed for kibble.
Picks are done in the order of deposits received.
It is always best to get on wait list early to assure you more
puppies to pick from. HOWEVER, there is never any rhyme or reason to picks... cannot tell you how many times the most well-mannered puppy is the last to be chosen.
Deposit on every puppy is $500.00 plus tax = $531.25. We accept cash, checks, VENMO and credit cards.

Take home timing would depend on if a puppy and its new family is in Bootcamp training, and if so, how long family would like training to continue here before taking their puppy home. Earliest a puppy can leave us is at 8 weeks of age. All puppies will be up to date with vaccines and worming protocols. Always clean, always happy; working hard on a daily basis to be a true family member!

Puppy Boot Camp Package Available!
Training session focuses on training YOU - the human. Yes you, you are the problem :) All puppies undergo behavior training. If a well behaved puppy suddenly starts misbehaving, just know it's your fault. Boot camp takes place THE SAME DAY AS TAKING PUPPY HOME. (Info below)

All of our puppies will be very familiar with baths and blow drying. This is essential because all doodles need to be groomed. Best to get them acquainted with the "Spa treatment" here before going to new homes so getting groomed is not so stressful.

I have been breeding for over 30 years. Many New England families have my Golden Retrievers & Labs, which I bred for 5 years or so.
Now only breeding doodles, I still strive to keep much of the golden and lab traits. Nothing like those two breeds. Breeding in the traits of the poodle; intelligence, no shedding and a wave to the coats...to me, is the prefect dog. As I say..."You need a poodle to doodle!"
Never enough time with the grandbabies

All 5 grandchildren live down south. So I try to visit in between litters, preferably NOT in the summer months!
